We are blown away by your continued support these last few weeks in spite of inevitable delays on shipping brought about by the global pandemic. For your peace of mind, we're sharing with you some measures we're taking to ensure the safety of our team members and 3rd-party couriers as they continue to work on fulfilling your orders:
From our end:
- Daily sanitation of our home warehouse and home office.
- Safe handling of packaging by maintaining good hygiene practice at all times i.e. regular hand washing, gloves-wearing and sanitation before and after picking and packing.
- Strictly no physical contact with couriers when packages are dispatched.
From our Partner Courier's end:
- Practicing contactless delivery by keeping 1 meter distance when dispatching orders,.
- Strongly promoting online payment transactions to avoid contact with cash.
- Frequent hand washing and sanitizing when dispatching.
- Strictly imposing use of masks and gloves at all times.
